By using REPURPOSE, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using REPURPOSE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
REPURPOSE provides a free, browser-based content repurposing tool that transforms user-submitted text content into multiple platform-specific formats including (but not limited to) Twitter/X threads, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, video scripts, and podcast outlines.
3. Free and Pro Tiers
Free Tier: Available to all users without registration. Includes all 10+ repurposing formats, unlimited use, and no time restrictions.
Pro Tier (future): Paid subscription offering additional features including API access, bulk processing, priority support, and extended content limits. Pricing displayed at checkout and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use REPURPOSE to:
- Process content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Generate or distribute spam, misleading information, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Process content that contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal material
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- Commercially resell outputs in a way that misrepresents them as wholly original works
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you input and the repurposed outputs generated from it. REPURPOSE does not claim any ownership over your content. The REPURPOSE platform, brand, source code, and design are owned by REPURPOSE and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. REPURPOSE does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outputs will be suitable for any particular purpose. See our full Disclaimer for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
REPURPOSE's total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed $100 USD or fees paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Privacy
Your use of REPURPOSE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the website and, for registered users, by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
